I accept two forms of payment:
** Paypal - please make your payment within 24 hours of your transaction, otherwise I will assume you are forfeiting the item. If you would like me to place a hold on any item please contact me to make arrangements . I’m happy to work with every customer.
** Personal Check (item will be shipped after payment clears). Please also send your check within 1 day of your transaction, and contact me to let me know you are sending a check in the mail.
If you need to cancel a sale for any reason, please be in close communication with me as soon as possible. Once a package has shipped, the sale is final.

I generally use USPS standard rate shipping. I package everything very securely so that it will arrive in tip-top shape!
Please inquire about upgraded shipping and insurance, as the listed shipping price *does not* include insurance. It *does*, however, include tracking information that I will send to you in an email after the package is in the mail. This will ensure that both you and I know where the package is and when it will arrive to you. If you’d like to have expedited/upgraded shipping and/or insurance, please let me know and I will promptly send you an updated invoice with the correct amount.
I ship out once or twice a week on average. If you need something sooner please let me know. I will do my best to accommodate every customer!
Buyers living in or around the Kansas City area can arrange for a local pickup to save shipping costs! Just send me a message letting me know you’d prefer local pickup and I’ll send you an updated invoice minus the shipping fee, and we can make arrangements to meet. Easy as that!
I do offer international shipping, however all additional fees (customs, etc) are the buyer’s responsibility.
I am happy to ship any item as a gift. If you’d like to have a package shipped to a friend &/or loved one, simply write me a note letting me know this item is a gift and who it should be addressed to and their address, as well as any other important information. I’ll even include a nice little extra note or message at your request.
...REFUNDS & EXCHANGES...
All Sweet Mud jewelry is very durable but should also be treated with love. I cannot be responsible for damages to jewelry after the item has been used. However, you should rest assured that I wear my own jewelry everyday and have never had anything damaged from daily use.
I will address any refund/exchange issues on a singular basis. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 2 days of receiving your package to discuss a refund/exchange of your unused/un-worn porcelain jewelry. I will do my best to accommodate. In the event of a refund/exchange, the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
I take great care in packaging each piece of jewelry so that it will arrive to you safely. In the event of a damaged package please contact me immediately so that we can resolve the issue.
I definitely understand concerns about purchasing things sight unseen. I am very mindful about accurately representing each piece of jewelry in the photographs and listings. The measurements are also always listed in the descriptions. Also, because I make each piece of jewelry by hand, they're often one-of-a-kinds, so the images posted are often the actual piece you'll receive. If there is a problem with any of the pieces, please let me know immediately. I have never had any customer concerns or complaints about my jewelry, nor accusations of misrepresentation. I hope this helps you feel more confident about your purchase.
